Colossians 3:12-14 NIV

"Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity."

Through Oceans, Lands, and Skies | Find Me, Lord Jesus

Author: Bernadette Saddik

When lost in “The Closet of the Mind”

When lost in imploding raw rifts,
streaking across a sky of
“It’s too much”…

When lost in weary dark bridges,
straining land-sea clashes with
“I’m so tired”…

When lost in spinning gray wisps,
churning through the fronds ’round
“I don’t know”…

Find me, Lord Jesus.
Let me rest in Your arms,
refreshed by Your strength.

“Then called I upon the name of the Lord; O Lord, I beseech Thee, deliver my soul. Gracious is the Lord, and righteous; yea, our God is merciful. The Lord preserveth the simple: I was brought low, and He helped me. Return unto thy rest, O my soul; for the Lord hath dealt bountifully with thee.” Psalm 116:4-7 KJV
